Capture 2nd and 3rd Party Audits and Certifications

Whether requesting a 3rd party audit from a partner or requiring a 2nd party audit for approval, CMX1 can incorporate facility audits from any number of external sources. Audits and certifications can be uploaded directly to the site or integrated through CMX1's integration APIs. Any critical findings can be put through a closed-loop Corrective Action process for resolution, assuring compliance with regulatory standards, and your brand standards.

Closed-loop Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA) Workflows

Regardless of the source of your audits, leverage the capture of detailed findings to automatically create CAPAs for partners to address. Define the timeframes to respond by criticality and the protocols for providing evidence, review, verification, and approval.
