A message concerning COVID-19 to our customers, partners, and industry friends

With the status of COVID-19 rapidly evolving, we at CMX know that there is a great deal of uncertainty in both your personal and professional lives. Because of this, we wanted to communicate what actions CMX is taking to ensure continued smooth operations.


Uninterrupted Service: As customers, rest assured, you will continue to receive full accessibility to the CMX1 platform, along with the same level of service from our Customer Success and Support teams. CMX operates a highly redundant infrastructure platform spread out across multiple Availability Zones. Our infrastructure is monitored and closely watched 24x7 by our expert technical team and nothing changes in this regard.


Travel Restrictions: CMX has cancelled all work-related travel and have advised our staff against any unnecessary personal travel. We also have advised our staff to not schedule person-to-person visits, nor accept any invitation to visit client sites.


Remote Working Instituted: All CMX staff within our headquarters in San Diego have begun working from home until further notice. We are fully equipped and prepared to operate at maximum efficiency, and anticipate being able to continue projects at full capacity. Our personnel are following all government guidelines regarding social distancing as well as effective hygiene management.


We will keep you aware of any further decisions or adjustments as we monitor and receive progress about the COVID-19 outbreak.
