CMX1 utilizes "Smart Data Grids" to organize all the records and information stored in the platform. Users have complete control over the inclusion and exclusion of columns, order, and sort logic for viewing information. Advanced Filters allow for building reports on-the-fly or for saving for ongoing use. Visualization options include viewing data in a grid, as a chart, on a map, or in calendar modes.
CMX1 is fully-integrated, with real-time data integration with Tableau's Business Intelligence Analytics and Visualization platform. We chose Tableau because it is incredibly popular, easy-to-use, and is likely already being used by your organization. Tableau makes it easy to see and understand your data with options for casual users looking to make data-driven decisions, to data geeks who want to create and embed their reports and dashboards right into CMX1, for all to leverage.
Location Scorecards can be an effective tool to measure and compare the performance of your restaurants, stores, or facilities. CMX1 can generate scorecards utilizing a combination of the native reporting options available in the platform and also from Tableau’s analytics and data visualization platform. Scorecards can be weighted based on region and location type and factor in metrics from your programs and activities. Data can come from the platform and also be combined with external data. Scorecards are automatically run on scheduled intervals providing direct feedback to your locations on their performance, and trending and comparative analysis for your team.
If all these options aren't enough, your team always has the option to get to any of the data in the platform and make use of it externally. The data is yours to export from queues, run scheduled jobs, or get to via APIs at any time.
